This Cookie Notice explains how ACFC Global LLC ("ACFC Global," "we," "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on acfcglobal.com, in any of its language versions (the "Site"). For more about how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
In short#
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are off until you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner.
A few items needed for the Site to work, such as your cookie choice and your language, are always on.
You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
We do not use advertising, social media or session recording cookies.
What are cookies and similar technologies?#
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They can be first-party (set by the website you are visiting) or third-party (set by another company's service on that website), and session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them).
Browser storage (local storage) works like a cookie but stays in your browser and is not sent to the server with every request. We use it for a few settings, listed below.
Beacons are small pieces of code that send information about a page view to a service, such as an analytics provider. Some of them work without cookies.
What we use#
Strictly necessary (always on)#
These are needed for the Site to work or to be secure. They do not require consent.

Staff only. People who sign in to the private administration area also use browser storage for their signed-in session (sb-…-auth-token, set by our database provider, Supabase) and a display preference (acfc.admin.sidebar). Public visitors do not receive these.

Accepting enables these analytics cookies only. Your choice does not turn on Google's advertising features (advertising storage, ad personalization and sending data for advertising). Browsers may shorten these durations. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager which, according to Google, does not itself set cookies. If you decline, or later change your choice to decline, we also delete Google Analytics cookies already set on our domain.
Measurement without cookies#
According to their providers, these do not place or read cookies on your device.
Google consent mode. Until you accept analytics, and if you decline, Google tags on the Site send limited signals that, according to Google, do not use cookies: the time, your browser's user agent, the referring page, your consent choice and a random number generated for each page view. Google uses these signals for aggregate measurement. Learn more.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. Counts visits, pages, referrers and country in aggregate. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies for this and does not collect visitors' personal data. Learn more.
What we do not use#
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, social media cookies, session recording tools or cross-site tracking pixels.
Your choices#
Cookie banner and "Cookie settings." When you first visit, our banner lets you choose "Accept analytics" or "Decline." You can reopen it at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page and change your choice. Strictly necessary items do not need your consent.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to decline analytics cookies and do not show the banner. You can still accept them yourself through "Cookie settings."
Browser settings. Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and site data. If you block all cookies and storage, parts of the Site, such as remembering your language, may not work. For help, see your browser's instructions or allaboutcookies.org.
Google Analytics opt-out. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your choice applies to the browser and device you use. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browser data, you will be asked again.
Changes#
We may update this Cookie Notice when we change the technologies we use. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Language#
This notice is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, to the extent permitted by the law of your country.
